Appointments booked online are confirmed by phone within one business day. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee at our discretion.
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major cards, HSA/FSA and most insurance networks.
All treatments are provided only after informed consent. You have the right to ask questions and receive plain-language explanations of any procedure.
